Repair Cafe Hastings

Repair Cafe Hastings is a volunteer run, not for profit organisation, operating monthly repair workshop sessions for the general public. A community service to support the local circular economy, which relies on grant funding & donations for our services. We have skilled volunteers who take great pride & satisfaction in repairing household & personal items to reuse & rescue them from landfill. Are you keen to help make a difference? We are seeking your support in admin, marketing, reception, cafe service, 3D printing, & of course problem solving & repairing things (electrical & electronics, metal & woodworking, glueing, jewellery & sewing, bikes, garden tools, computers, home appliances & gadgets, lights, stereos, furniture & more). It's amazing how much you can learn in these workshops too with everyone sharing their skills, knowledge & resources!
