Hello! I'm Kaitlan, a resourceful professional with a rich and diverse background. I began my career as a trade-qualified hairdresser and barber, honing my skills in the art of making people feel amazing when in my chair. Over the years, I have grown into various leadership roles, managing organisations, and gaining a broad spectrum of experiences.

I hold qualifications from TAFE and RMIT University, which have equipped me with a solid foundation to support my professional journey. My passion for giving back to the community has led me to volunteer in various capacities, including supporting Little Athletics Clubs and taking on Governance roles on Committees of Management.

In my free time, I enjoy staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I love exploring and going on adventures, always eager to discover new places and experiences. Additionally, I have a knack for putting my hand to website management and marketing, skills that I sometimes find useful in my volunteering efforts.

Volunteering is my way of giving back to the community. I find immense joy in opportunities that allow me to support and uplift others. It's what truly fills my cup and keeps me motivated.

As a fun fact, I consider myself to be an "opaque brown thumb," meaning I need supervision when it comes to caring for plants, as gardening and indoor plants is a learning journey I have been on for ever!
